Dante's Closet Return and Refund Policy.

Dante’s closet does not accept returns or exchanges unless the item that was purchased was defective. If you received a defective item, please contact us through email at [email protected] with details of the product, pictures and the defect.

Upon receipt of the returned product, we will fully examine it and notify you via e-mail, within a reasonable period, whether you are entitled to a replacement as a result of the defect. If you are entitled to a replacement, we will replace the product using the original method of shipping. You agree to be responsible for any loss or damage to hardware during shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Note: Custom orders are not refundable or exchanged unless it’s a defective product.


We are always working towards fast delivery, but we understand that high volume of orders may delay the process. Our turn around time is between 5-9 business days or less. If you would like fast service, click on the “speedy service” button before checking out and we will make sure to ship it in TWO days !

IMPORTANT: Dante’s closet shall not be liable for items lost while in shipment through third party carrier’s nor shall Dante’s Closet be in breach of its obligations to Buyer. In other words, if your item gets lost because of a shipping provider, we will not reimburse or re ship the product. Seller agrees to use commercially reasonable efforts to meet the delivery dates communicated or acknowledged by it on the condition that Buyer provides all necessary order and delivery information sufficiently prior to the agreed delivery date. We may issue a ticket under your name through the carrier and work towards
getting the issue resolved but cannot guarantee the carrier results. You may choose Express shipment if you are worried that your item may get lost.

Replacements and modifications

Dante’s Closet offers free replacements on malfunctioned hardware such as buckles and D-rings without warranty. Dante’s Closet may accept a returned collar to modify, adjust or replace items if needed only if it meets
the acceptable criteria. A picture may be required to check the collar’s condition and what can be done. The buyer agrees to pay for shipping costs, replacement fees or modifications if it’s outside of the warranty period.


Dante’s Closet is not responsible for injuries, misuse, negligence, death or any related accidents. Dogs should not be left with their collars or gear on unattended to reduce risk of injury if it was to occur, each dog owner is responsible for their dogs, by purchasing a collar from us you agree to the terms and conditions, policies and warranty.

Custom orders

We offer custom order’s by customizing the leather, accessories and making your dream come true!
We are open to ordering new pieces of leather and accessories depending on what the client is looking for and its availability. This usually takes a longer time for the client to finalize the design therefor prices may vary. Prices for custom products are subject to change by seller if any specifications are revised or supplemented or there are unforeseen difficulties with the design.

Note: Custom orders are nonrefundable or exchanged due to its specification’s, time and sizes.


No order may be cancelled without the seller’s prior written consent and agreement between the seller and customer. Please send us an email the same day of your order stating that you would like to cancel your order. Orders cancelled after a 24-hour period won’t be accepted, we strive to provide quick service.


Dante’s Closet shall not disclose any such confidential information to third party and shall not use any such information for any purpose other than its business purposes. We may send you emails regarding offer’s, new merchandise and informational dog related posts from our business.
